The Support Services team provides front-line human-centered support to OVPUE's end users. Their support portfolio includes but is not limited to providing in-person as well as remote assistance in the areas of desktop hardware; vended and OVPUE-developed software, hardware, server and infrastructure support; management of OVPUE-wide tools, and the enforcement of policies.
Support Services empowers people through information, tools, and resolution of issues that facilitate unit operations.
